The Rotary Club of Burnham on Crouch & Dengie Hundred has been established since 1964, and over the last 42 years has raised many thousands of pounds for charities and needy causes both within the Dengie Hundred and further afield.

We nearly 40 members covering a wide age range from 50 to over 90, drawn from all sectors of the professional and business community from within the Dengie Hundred.

You will probably have seen us selling  burgers at Burnham's annual carnival or raffle tickets for our annual Christmas Draw, as  well as organising the annual "Dengie Ride" which attracts many Riders & Horses from far and wide,  to name but three of our many fund raising activities, all of which raise money which we donate to charities and needy causes both within the Dengie Hundred and further afield.

However we are very aware that the money we raise comes from the generosity of the public and always try to ensure that it is spent wisely.

But Fund Raising is only part of the story  - Burnham & Dengie Hundred  Rotary Club are a group of like minded people who meet each week for either Lunch or Dinner in Burnham, which often includes a visiting speaker for our formal Rotary meetings .

We also have an extensive social program & functions including walking, visits, wine tastings  & weekends away, all of which are enjoyed by our members, families, and friends.
